持つ超音波電気信号を印加し、直線帯状弾性体に
π/2の位相差を持つ定在波を生じさせ、前記2
つの超音波電気信号の位相差の符号を変えること
により、定在波が合成されて生じる進行波の進行
方向を変えて、移動体の進行方向を切換えること
