Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide continuous adjustment of belt tension easily from the front of a device by bolting a motor in a horizontal direction at the front side surface of a frame at the lower part of a package type screw compressor body through a slot formed in a vertical direction. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 7 which reaches a motor 5 passing through a frame 3 is fixed at the upper surface of the frame 3 so that its position may be adjusted in a vertical direction with nuts 8, 9 on both the sides of the upper surface. A lower nut 9 is loosened to mount the motor 5 loosely at a raised position toward compressor body 1 side with a bolt and a nut 6 and engage a belt 12 between driving and driven pulleys 10, 11. Next, the upper nut 8 is loosened gradually to lower the bolt 7, and the motor 5 little by little together with the bolt and the nut 6 moving along a slot 4. The motor 5 is lowered as necessary, and when belt tension is appropriate, is fixed with the bolt and the nut 6, and the bolt 7 is fixed in a separated condition from the motor 5 with the nuts 8, 9 to complete belt tension adjustment. For decreasing bolt tension, its direction is reversed in working.

(Prior art) There are two types of screw compressor drive mechanisms: one in which the output shaft of the motor and the rotor shaft of the compressor body are directly connected via a coupling, and the other in which a belt is used. Since the direct connection type makes the entire device larger,
The latter type, which uses a belt, is generally used for package-type devices. Furthermore, if the motor and compressor body are arranged in parallel, the installation area will become large, so in a package type, they are generally arranged one above the other.

FIG. 3 shows a conventionally known package type screw compressor, in which a compressor main body 22 is disposed above a motor 21, and the rotation of the motor 21 is controlled by a driving pulley 23°, a driven pulley 24. The entire device is made compact so that the power is transmitted to the compressor main body 22 via the belt 25.

When the belt 25 is used in this way, the belt 25 and the driving pulley 23. In order to prevent slippage between the belt and the driven pulley 24, it is necessary to maintain the belt tension within a certain range. For this reason, in the above device, the idle pulley 28, which is rotatably supported via a bearing 27 by a support member 26 provided so as to be movable left and right by an adjustment mechanism (not shown), is attached to the belt 25.
It is formed so as to generate belt tension by pressing against the belt.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional device described above, since the idler pulley 28 is used to generate belt tension, a mechanism for supporting the idler pulley 28 is also included so that the idler pulley 28 can be adjusted to an appropriate position on the left and right. hand,
There is a problem in that not only many parts are required for belt tension adjustment, but also the time and effort required to manufacture the device increases.

Further, the idle pulley 28 requires a bearing 27, and since a forced lubrication method such as that in the compressor body 22 cannot be applied to this portion, the lubrication must be performed using grease. - On the other hand, although the device part shown in FIG. 3 is ultimately housed in a package, the temperature inside the package is 10 to 15 degrees Celsius higher than the surrounding temperature, and the rotation of the idler pulley 28 is generally higher than that of both pulleys. Since the number is large, the life of the grease is short, and maintenance and inspection of the idle pulley 28 requires a lot of effort.

Furthermore, there is a problem in that the use of the idle pulley 28 increases the number of times the belt 25 is bent, reducing the lifespan of the belt 25.

On the other hand, a method can be considered in which belt tension is generated by horizontally moving the motor 21 without using the idle pulley 28 and changing the distance between the axes of the compressor body 22 and the motor 21. However, in this method, the motor 21
The change in the above distance between the axes with respect to the horizontal movement distance is small,
Adjustment of the belt tension by this is virtually impossible.

Furthermore, without using the idle pulley 28, the belt tension can be adjusted by inserting a shim (spacer) into the leg attachment surface of the compressor main body 22 and changing the distance between the shafts. However, in this method, the motor 2
1, loosen the belt 25, and then tighten the compressor main body 2.
2 to put in and take out the shims, and considering that it is difficult for the operator to reach the inner parts of the package, this not only requires a lot of effort, but also requires a lot of effort.
There is a problem in that the belt tension can only be adjusted in stages and fine adjustments cannot be made.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a packaged screw compressor that uses a driving pulley, a driven pulley, and a belt as a rotation transmission means between a motor and a compressor main body. In this case, the motor was bolted horizontally to the front side surface of the frame below the compressor main body through a long hole formed in the vertical direction.

(Function) By forming the device as described above, the belt tension can be continuously adjusted from the front of the device by utilizing the weight of the motor without using an idle booby.

1 and 2FgJ show a package type screw compressor according to the present invention, in which an oil tank 2 is provided below the compressor main body 1, and an oil tank 2 is formed in the longitudinal direction on the front side surface of the frame 3 below the oil tank 2. Further, a bolt 7 passing through the upper surface of the frame 3 and reaching the motor 5 is supported by two nuts 8.9 on both sides of the upper surface so that its position can be adjusted in the vertical direction. moreover,
A drive pulley 10 serves as a rotation transmission means between the compressor main body I and the motor 5. Driven pulley 11. A belt 12 is provided.

Then, via this rotation transmission means, the motor 5 rotates the compressor main body 1, more precisely, a screw rotor (not shown) inside the compressor body 1, and the gas is sucked in and compressed together with oil injected for the purpose of cooling. The oil is discharged from the main body 1 into an oil tank 2, where the gas and liquid are separated and the compressed gas is sent out, while the separated oil is temporarily stored in the oil tank 2.

First, loosen the lower nuts 9 so that the bolts 7 can be raised freely, and place the motor 5 in the raised position near the compressor main body l as shown by the two-dot chain line in Fig. 2. 6, and drive pulley 10. A belt 12 is wound between driven pulleys 11.

Then, by gradually loosening the upper nut 8 and lowering the bolt 7, the motor 5 is gradually lowered together with the bolt/nut 6 moving along the elongated hole 4. In this case, since the gravity of the motor 5 and the moving direction are the same, the force required to lower the bolt 7 may be small. Eventually, when the belt tension becomes appropriate at the position where the motor 5 has been appropriately lowered as shown by the solid line in Figure 2, the bolts and nuts 6 are sufficiently tightened to fix the motor 5, and the bolts 7 are separated from the motor 5. In this state, fix it with nuts 8.9 to complete the belt tension adjustment work.

The motor 5 is fixed in the long hole 4 on the front side. Since this is done using bolts and nuts 6, the above work can be done from the front side of the device, and the above is for increasing the belt tension, but if you want to weaken it, you can work in the opposite direction. .

In addition, in the above embodiment, the bolt 7 and nuts 8 and 9 are provided,
Although the bolt 7 and nut 8.9 are not essential to the present invention, if they are not provided, the motor 5 can be adjusted by appropriate means. The belt tension can be adjusted by gradually moving the motor 5 by applying a downward or upward force little by little.

Further, although the above embodiment shows an oil-cooled type equipped with an oil tank 2, the present invention is not limited to this, but also includes an oil-free type not provided with an oil tank 2.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, the motor is horizontally bolted to the front side of the frame below the compressor main body through long holes formed in the vertical direction. It is formed and formed.
