Abstract

The driving chain wheel, the chain wheel tensioner and the driven chain wheel are sequentially connected along the power transmission direction of the roller chain, and the driving chain wheel is used for providing power for the driven chain wheel through the roller chain; the driven chain wheel is used for outputting the periodically-changed angular speed according to the power provided by the driving chain wheel; the chain wheel tensioning wheel is used for adjusting the tension degree of the chain, and therefore the real-time meshing condition adjustment of the chain wheel tensioning wheel and the roller chain is achieved, and the tension degree of the chain is within a preset range.
The chain wheel housing is of a semi-surrounding structure, the lower portion of the chain wheel housing is hollow, mounting positions used for placing the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel are respectively arranged, and enough space is reserved for mounting the chain wheel tensioner. And a connecting bracket is welded on the side edge of the chain wheel housing and used for fixing the chain wheel housing on the winch wall frame plate 21.
