ル変換し、その波形データをメモリに取り込んだ
後ラスタースキヤン方式でＣＲＴ画面に波形表示
する波形観測装置において、 ＣＲＴのドツト画面に１対１に対応するビツト
を有し、指定される列アドレスと行アドレスで決
まるアドレスに書き込みが行なわれ、その内容を
シリアル出力ポートからシリアルに送出するよう
に構成された２つのフレームメモリと、 サンプリングロツクが入力されるごとに１つず
つインクリメントする列アドレスと波形データに
対応した行アドレスを発生すると共に、トリガ信
号が与えられるとその時点のアドレスを記憶する
と共にトリガ入力後は所定のデータ数だけ書き込
んで書き込みを終了させる機能、およびトリガ入
力時の前記アドレスと前記所定のデータ数からデ
ータ表示の際に必要なアドレスのオフセツトを計
算により求める機能を有するメモリコントローラ
と、 ２つのフレームメモリのいずれか一方を選択し
てその出力をＣＲＴに与えるセレクタと、 前記フレームメモリに対して表示動作を行なわ
せるための制御信号を発生するデイスプレイコン
トローラ を具備し、２つのフレームメモリが書き込みと読
み出しが交互に行われるようにし、ＣＲＴにはト
リガ入力時の前後のデータ波形が表示できるよう
