導体素子との接触部、４……コレツト先端凹部、
５……スピンドルの一部。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一、または相当部分を示す。

- 半導体素子をリードフレーム上に固着するダイ
ボンド装置において、前記半導体素子をテーパー
面で接触し、吸着搬送する表面非接触型コレツト
を備え、前記テーパー面に凹みを設けたことを特
徴とするダイボンド装置。
