ロツプをリセツトするフリツプフロツプと１
対のＲＳフリツプフロツプの双方の出力の論理積
出力により１対のフリツプフロツプをリセツ
トするようにした位相周波数比較／位相比較回路
と、基準信号と再生周期信号との位相差が所定値
以内であることが所定期間継続したことを検出す
る位相差検出手段と、位相差検出手段の検出出力
と基準信号の1/2周期近傍で出力されるパルスと
の論理積出力により１対のＲＳフリツプフロツプ
をリセツトして位相周波数比較／位相比較回路を
位相比較側に切替える位相周波数比較／位相比較
切替手段とを備え、位相周波数比較／位相比較回
路を前記位相差が前記所定値以内のときは位相比
較回路とし、前記位相差が前記所定値以内でない
ときは位相周波数比較回路として動作させること
