Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 帯状素材ゴムをスクリユーシリンダへ供給
    して逐次可塑化し、加熱機構により昇温させて所
    要量だけ注入ノズル後方に蓄え、その分だけ後退
    したスクリユーを一気に押出して金型内へ圧入す
    るインラインスクリユー式射出成形機において、 上記スクリユーシリンダの素材供給口に、巻枠
    から引出した帯状素材ゴムを、上記スクリユーの
    周面に押付けつゝ、スクリユーの回転に合わせて
    回転する送りローラとその駆動機構を設けたこと
    を特徴とするゴム類の射出成形機。 (2) 帯状素材ゴムをスクリユーシリンダへ供給
    して逐次可塑化し、加熱機構により昇温させて所
    要量だけ注入ノズル後方に蓄え、その分だけ後退
    したスクリユーを一気に押出して金型内へ圧入す
    るインラインスクリユー式射出成形機において、 上記スクリユーシリンダの中間位置に真空吸引
    部を設けた事を特徴とするゴム類の射出成形機。
