Claims (1)
- 加熱シリンダの内孔に射出プランジヤを往復動
可能に挿嵌したプランジヤ式射出装置と、ベント
口を設けた加熱筒の内孔に可塑化スクリユを回転
可能に挿嵌したベント式押出装置と、該ベント式
押出装置の加熱筒とプランジヤ式射出装置の加熱
シリンダの各先端部分を連結する連結部材を設け
、該連結部材に前記加熱筒の内孔と加熱シリンダ
の内孔を連通し且つ射出プランジヤの加熱シリン
ダの先端に固定したノズルの通路に連通する溶融
原料通路を設け、該溶融原料通路を開閉するため
の開閉弁をベント式押出装置の加熱筒の先端部の
溶融原料通路に設け、更に前記ベント式押出装置
に供給量を自在に調節可能な原料供給装置を備え
たことを特徴とするベント式射出成形機。
