Claims (1)
- 筒状をなすボデイ１内に、圧力の作用によつて
変位するダイアフラム２を設けるとともに、該ダ
イアフラム２にダイアフラム２の変位によつて抵
抗値を変化させる歪ゲージ３を設け、一方、コネ
クタ一部６の内部に前記歪ゲージ３の抵抗値の変
化を増幅して外部に出力する回路部材４を設け、
前記歪ゲージ３と前記回路部材４とをリード線５
を介して接続したことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
