Claims (1)
- 流体の圧力を測定する圧力センサであつて、圧
力検知部位に取り付けられるケーシング１内に、
中央部に受圧部２ａが設けられているとともに、
外周面の一部が張出して周縁部２ｂとなつている
ダイアフラム２を、その周縁部２ｂの外周が前記
ケーシング１の内面と離間した状態に配設し、さ
らに、該ダイアフラム２を、前記ケーシング１の
内面と離間する保持部材３で固定したことを特徴
とする圧力センサ。
