Claims (1)
- 金属円板に圧電素子を接着して形成したダイヤ
フラムをケース内に収納し、前記金属円板の周辺
部をケースの内周に固定した加速度センサにおい
て、ダイヤフラムの金属円板の周辺部両面をバネ
ワツシヤで挟んだ状態で下部バネワツシヤをケー
スに設けた段部で支持し、ケースの内部にケース
と同じ材質のリングを挿入し、このリングを上部
バネワツシヤに圧接させた状態でケースに溶着固
定したことを特徴とする加速度センサ。
