- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 内腔部に圧力導入ポートが形成された円筒形状
のケーシング； 該ケーシングの圧力導入ポートに遊嵌され底部
に可撓部を有する検出部材；および、 該検出手段の前記可撓部に装着された歪検出手
段を有する圧力センサにおいて、 前記ケーシングの内腔のを形成するケーシング
壁面から突出して前記圧力導入ポートの内径部に
向かつて延出するフランジ部と、該フランジ部に
係合する鍔部を前記検出部材に設けたことを特徴
とする圧力センサ。
