- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ダイアフラムと、該ダイアフラム上に設けられ
たアモルフアスと、該アモルフアスの歪みを検出
するセンシングコイルと、前記ダイアフラムをそ
の一壁面とする圧力室、及び該圧力室に液体を導
入する導入穴が形成されたケーシングとより成る
圧力センサにおいて、 前記アモルフアスにはスリツトが形成されたこ
とを特徴とする圧力センサ。
