Claims (1)
- 筒状をなすボデイ１と、該ボデイ１内に設けら
れ、圧力の作用によつて変位するダイアフラム２
と、該ダイアフラム２に設けられ、該ダイアフラ
ム２の変位によつて抵抗値を変化させる歪みゲー
ジ３と、前記ボデイ１に設けられ、前記歪みゲー
ジ３の抵抗値の変化量を外部に出力する回路部材
４とを具えた圧力センサにおいて、前記ダイアフ
ラム２を、その圧力変位方向において前記ボデイ
１との間に弾性部材１０を介して取付け、前記ボ
デイ１との間にクリアランスＡを設けたことを特
徴とする圧力センサ。
