第３図と同方向から見た従来技術を示す図である
。 図において、１……箱体、２……回路モジユー
ル、３……プリント配線板、４……回路部品、５
……送風機、６……冷媒、７……排出孔、８……
熱、９……冷媒流量制御板、１０……締結部品、
１１……風穴である。なお各図中、同一符号は同
一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. プリント配線板に複数個の回路部品が実装され
    た回路モジユールを箱体内に複数収納すると共に
    上記回路部品で生じる熱が上記箱体の外へ排出で
    きるように、上記箱体に送風機やダクト等の冷媒
    送風装置と、当該送風装置によつて送風されて来
    た冷媒が上記各回路モジユール間を流れて、上記
    各回路モジユールを冷却した後、上記箱体の外に
    排出させるための排出孔を複数箇所設けた電子装
    置において、上記箱体の上記各冷媒排出孔部に、
    当該排出孔をふざく状態でバイメタル製の板を置
    くと共に、当該バイメタル板の熱膨張係数が大な
    る方の面を上記箱体部に重ね合わせつゝ両者を上
    記排出孔の側部位置でリベツト等の締結部品で結
    合することにより、それぞれのバイメタル板が上
    記排出孔から排出される冷媒の温度に応じて変形
    する様に構成し、その結果上記排出孔からの冷媒
    流出量を変化させて、各回路モジユール間に流す
    べき冷媒流量の分配がそれぞれの回路モジユール
    の発熱量に応じて自動的に行われるようにした事
    を特徴とする電子装置の放熱構造。
