Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 テストパタンが記憶されたテストパタンメモリ
を、これにアドレスを周期的に与えてテストパタ
ンを読出すテストパタン発生器において、 初期アドレスとベースアドレスとを加算する加
算器と、 その加算器の加算出力が一方の入力として供給
され、二つの入力の一方を選択して出力するマル
チプレクサと、 そのマルチプレクサの出力が供給され、その出
力を初期値としてクロツクごとに歩進するカウン
タ機能と、上記マルチプレクサの出力を保持する
レジスタ機能と、その両機能の出力の一方を制御
情報に従つて選択して出力するマルチプレクサ機
能とを有し、そのマルチプレクサ機能の出力を上
記テストパターンメモリにアドレスとして供給す
るシーケンサと、 そのシーケンサの出力をアドレスとして読出さ
れ、上記テストパタンメモリに対する次のアドレ
スを決める情報が記憶されたアドレス制御情報メ
モリと、 そのアドレス制御情報メモリの読出し出力が格
納され、その出力中のアドレス情報を上記マルチ
プレクサの他方の入力として供給し、制御情報を
上記シーケンサに上記制御情報として供給するレ
ジスタと、 を具備するテストパタン発生器。
