つた。(Prior Art) The technique of making a decorative board by laminating a printed PVC film onto the surface of a base material such as plywood is well known. According to this method, after a vinyl chloride film is pasted on the surface of a base material, the V-cut process is performed on the base material, leaving the pasted film behind. In this way, V
The cut base materials are connected by a film and will not separate into pieces.
Repeated drying and wetting caused the film to peel off and swell over time. In addition, since PVC film is usually thicker than 100μ in order to connect the V-cut base material,
It was obvious that this film was laminated to the obtained decorative board, which was not desirable in terms of design effect.

た。 The above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application No. 60-236135 was made in order to eliminate such drawbacks, and it discloses a transfer sheet in which a top coat (release varnish) layer, an undercoat layer, and a pattern printing layer are provided on a releasable base sheet. , it is attached to a substrate via an adhesive, the above-mentioned V-cut processing is performed without peeling off the base sheet, and then the base sheet is peeled off. By doing this,
Since there is no PVC film, there will be no peeling or blistering over time.During the V-cut process, the base sheets are pasted together, so the base materials are linked, and the resulting decorative board surface has a thickness of 10μ~ Since only a coating layer of about 50 μm was present, the design effect was not impaired.

Therefore, the release varnish has a certain adhesive strength with the base sheet,
That is, it is necessary to bond with a strength of 50 to 500 g/25 mm width. For this reason, a special request was made in 1980.
No. 236135 exemplifies a mixed resin in which cyclized rubber is added to ethyl cellulose as a release varnish, but these two have poor compatibility, and as a result, the adhesive strength between the release base sheet and the release varnish varies. As a result, the base sheet was partially peeled off before the V-cut process, or it was difficult to peel off the base sheet after the process.

The adhesive strength can be appropriately controlled, and since the resins have good compatibility with each other, a transfer sheet with stable adhesive strength without unevenness such as local differences in adhesive strength can be obtained.

It is a mixture of a polymer or prepolymer having residual OH groups, an isocyanate, and a chlorinated polypropylene-acrylic copolymer resin. An example of the polymer or prepolymer having residual OH groups is cellulose acetate butyrate resin having residual OH groups, and this resin is known as a two-component curing type cellulose acetate butyrate together with isocyanate.
Further, a two-component curing type urethane resin can also be used as the isocyanate together with the above-mentioned polymer or prepolymer having residual OH groups.

A V-shaped groove X is formed from the non-laminated surface. The base material 6 is bent using this V-shaped groove X as a corner and fixed around a core material (not shown), or fixed in the bent state without using a core material. After fixing, only the base sheet 1 is peeled off to obtain a decorative material. After this, a wear-resistant paint may be applied to protect the surface.

A base sheet was prepared by laminating a mixed resin of 25% polyethylene and 25% polyethylene to a thickness of 20μ, and on top of this, a chlorinated polypropylene-acrylic copolymer resin and isocyanate were added to cellulose acetate butyrate resin having residual OH groups. The release varnish was printed to a thickness of several microns by gravure printing. Next, a wood grain pattern was gravure printed using a transparent ink using a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer resin as a binder and a transparent pigment as a coloring agent, and aging was performed at 80° C. for 48 hours. Next, a few μm of vinyl acetate-vinyl chloride copolymer resin is applied to the printed surface using gravure printing as an adhesive varnish.
