[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a transfer paper for sealing onto a wood base material. Conventionally, plywood, particle board, medium density fiberboard, hardboard, etc. have been used as base materials for furniture and interior decoration materials, and surface decoration methods include laminating with PVC decorative film, decorative paper, etc., painting, or transfer using hot stamps. is being carried out. However, in these surface decoration methods, when directly laminating, painting, stamping, etc. are performed, the unevenness of the base material causes so-called "fading" of the base material, making it difficult to produce a product with good surface properties. You can't get it. Therefore, in order to obtain a product with good surface properties, the surface is smoothed by applying a filler paint to the base material and sanding, and then post-processing such as lamination, painting, stamping, etc. will be carried out. The process of applying sealant and sanding not only requires manpower, but also requires expensive machinery such as a belt sander or drum sander. In addition, in the painting process, when solvent-based paints are used, there are problems with the working environment and dangers, and when water-based paints are used, not only are there problems with work efficiency, but there are also problems with the painting technique itself. requires considerable skill.

To explain the present invention according to the drawings, as shown in Fig. 1, paper, plastic film, metal foil, etc. alone or a composite thereof, or these materials are treated with a release agent such as silicone or wax, or A release layer 2 is formed on a base material base 1 which has been subjected to a fixing treatment, etc., using a resin that can be peeled off from the base material base, and on top of this, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, and sulfuric acid are added per 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic resin. A sealing layer 3 containing 100 to 300 parts by weight of potassium, silicon dioxide, etc. for sealing to the wood base material after transfer is formed to a thickness of 100 to 500μ, and is applied to the wood base material as necessary. An adhesive layer 4 is formed to facilitate adhesion.

To explain in more detail the structure of the transfer paper of the present invention, the release layer 2 may be any material that can be removed from the base material, such as vinyl resin,
Selected from acrylic resin, chlorinated rubber, cyclized rubber, etc. The composition of the thermoplastic resin forming the sealing layer 3 is not particularly limited, but in order to impart a sealing effect, it is necessary to contain 100 to 300 parts by weight of an extender pigment per 100 parts by weight of the resin. This is because if the amount of extender pigment added is less than 100 parts by weight, the sealing effect will be reduced, and if it is more than 300 parts by weight, the interlayer strength of the filler layer itself will not be imparted. In addition, the thickness of the sealing layer is approximately 50 to 200μ when used on particle board, medium density fiberboard, hardboard, etc. with a relatively good surface, or on the surface of ordinary plywood, particle board, medium density fiberboard, etc. When used on the cut side surface of hardboard, etc., the thickness of the sealing layer is preferably about 200 to 500 μm because the surface has relatively large irregularities.

The adhesive layer 4 is coated to assist in adhesion to the base material when the sealing layer itself is insufficient in adhesion to the base material, and is made of acrylic resin or vinyl resin with a low softening point. etc. can be used. Further, if necessary, it may be coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive such as a rubber type or acrylic type. When using these pressure sensitive adhesives, either layer release paper treated with silicone coating etc. on top of the adhesive layer, or
It is desirable to apply a treatment such as silicone coating to the back side of the base material base so that the transfer paper can be rolled up.

Since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to seal plywood, particle board, medium density fiberboard, hardboard, etc. by simply applying pressure or heating and pressing the transfer paper of the present invention. This method not only eliminates the conventional complicated steps of applying sealant and sanding, but also makes it possible to prepare the surface of the wood base material very easily.
