- マスクホルダーと、このマスクホルダーにセツ
トされるスクリーンマスクと、このスクリーンマ
スクの上面を摺動するスキージと、このスクリー
ンマスクの下方にあつて、基板を昇降自在に支持
する昇降台と、上記スクリーンマスクのパターン
孔に付着するクリーム半田に振動を付与する振動
手段とから成ることを特徴とするクリーム半田の
スクリーン印刷装置。
