Claims (1)
- 一側部を回転軸を中心に回転自在に軸支された
マスクホルダーと、このマスクホルダーの下方を
開放すべくこの回転軸を中心にこのマスクホルダ
ーを回転させる駆動部と、このマスクホルダーに
載置されるスクリーンマスクと、このスクリーン
マスクの上面を摺動するスキージと、このスクリ
ーンマスクの下方にあつて、基板を昇降自在に支
持する昇降台とを備えたスクリーン印刷装置にお
いて、上記回転軸を中心に、上記マスクホルダー
を微小回転させる微小回転装置を設けたことを特
徴とするスクリーン印刷装置。
