    軸受体３，４によつて回転可能に支持され、かつ
    、前記スラスト軸受体３，４あるいは回転体５の
    いずれか一方に動圧発生用の溝１２を有する軸受
    構造において、 前記回転体５のラジアル軸受体２に相対する孔
    ６にセラミツクスからなる筒７を回転体５のスラ
    スト軸受面よりも突出させて装着したことを特徴
    とする動圧軸受構造。 ２ 前記セラミツクスからなる筒７は、気孔率１
    ０〜３５％多孔質セラミツクスである請求項１記
    載の動圧軸受構造。 ３ 前記セラミツクスからなる筒７は、気孔率１
    ０〜３５％多孔質セラミツクスに潤滑剤が含浸さ
    れたものである請求項１記載の動圧軸受構造。 ４ 前記セラミツクスからなる筒７は、回転体の
    スラスト軸受面よりも１〜２０μｍ突出させて装
    着されてなるものである請求項１記載の動圧軸受
    構造。 ５ 前記セラミツクスからなる筒は、スラスト軸
    受体との接触面の平均面粗さが０．０１〜１μｍ
    である請求項１記載の動圧軸受構造。
