- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気絶縁性材料からなる基板上に発熱抵抗
体層と、該発熱抵抗体層に通電して発熱させる導
電体層と、保護層とが順序積層されたサーマルヘ
ツドにおいて、 前記保護層に生じる空隙内に合成樹脂材料を真
空含浸して充填したことを特徴とするサーマルヘ
ツド。 (2) 前記合成樹脂材料は下記ａ，ｂ，ｃのいず
れか一つから選ばれることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項記載のサーマルヘツド。 (a) メタアクリレート樹脂を主成分とする合
成樹脂。 (b) 紫外線硬化型樹脂。 (c) エポキシ樹脂を主成分とする合成樹脂。
