[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to oil-based solid cosmetics that are water resistant, oil resistant, and friction resistant. This invention relates to oil-based solid cosmetics such as stick-type lipsticks and eyeliners, pencil-type cosmetics, etc., which are obtained by blending volatile oils and solid fats and oils with a temperature of 280°C or less. [Prior Art] Conventionally, volatile oils such as linear dimethylpolysiloxane, cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane, and low-boiling hydrocarbons are replaced with part or all of non-volatile liquid oils to apply cosmetics to the skin. Cosmetics, especially oil-based stick-type cosmetics, have been commercially available that attempt to prevent color transfer from the skin and mucous membranes by volatilizing liquid components from the applied body after application. Compared to cosmetics that do not contain volatile oils, such oil-based stick-type cosmetics have a tendency to be difficult to adhere to, for example, when an adherend such as paper or cloth is pressed onto the skin. It can reduce color transfer to the body. However, if the adherend is moved sideways while being pressed against the adherend, the coating material easily transfers to the adherend, and the abrasion resistance is poor, so that no color fading prevention effect can be expected. Furthermore, if a non-volatile liquid oil is applied over this application body, it may transfer from the application body to the adherend, or if it is applied to the lips,
The color starts to transfer due to the fats and oils in the food when you eat, and the oil resistance is not sufficient. Regarding the feeling of use, in the conventional method, in order to improve the effect of preventing color transfer, it is necessary to incorporate a larger amount of solid content (wax, powder, etc.) than in ordinary oil-based stick type cosmetics. Therefore, it has the disadvantage that it does not spread well during application, and after application, it has a strong dry feeling after the volatile oil has evaporated. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present inventors have found that the coating material spreads well during coating, there is no feeling of bulkiness after coating, and the coating material can be easily attached to the adherend by shifting the adherend after application. We are developing stick-type, pencil-type, and other oil-based solid cosmetics that do not transfer, do not transfer color to the adherend, and do not easily discolor even if a nonvolatile liquid oil is later applied to the applied body. It's here. Under these circumstances, the present inventors conducted extensive research and found that when an oil-based solid cosmetic containing a specific oil-soluble polymer substance and a volatile oil agent is applied to the skin or mucous membranes, the volatile oil agent is released from the applied body. After volatilization, the interaction between the oil agent and the polymeric substance that is difficult to dissolve in the oil agent at a temperature around room temperature forms a mixed coating film of solid oil and polymeric substance, which presses onto adherends such as paper and cloth from above. Of course, just by guessing,
We completed the present invention by discovering that the color does not transfer easily even when side-shifting or reapplying liquid oil, and that this effect eliminates the need to add an excessive amount of solid components such as powder or wax, improving the feel of use. did. [Means for solving the problem] That is, the present invention provides an oil-soluble polymer substance with a boiling point of 280

2530) (25℃, 100g, 5 seconds) Contains a solid oil or fat of 40 or less as an essential component, and the oil-soluble polymer substance is a polymer or copolymer of a vinyl monomer having a long chain alkyl group of C8 or more in the side chain. The present invention provides an oil-based solid cosmetic, characterized in that it is a polymer or a rubbery polymer selected from polyisoprene, ethylene propylene rubber, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, and polybutadiene. The relationship between the oil-soluble polymer substance, volatile oil agent, and solid oil used in the present invention is that the above-mentioned specific oil-soluble polymer substance dissolves or disperses in the volatile oil agent, but is not compatible with the solid oil and fat. has the relationship that it does not dissolve in volatile oils at temperatures below 40°C. The volatile oil used in the present invention has a boiling point of

Example 1 Polystearyl methacrylate, polybehenyl methacrylate, polystearyl vinyl ether, polyisoprene, ethylene propylene rubber, or ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer was used as the oil-soluble polymer, and low-boiling isoparaffin (IP Solvent 1620, Idemitsu) was used as the volatile oil. Formulation A shown in Table 1 was prepared using cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane (SH-244, manufactured by Toray Silicone Co., Ltd.)
A lipstick was manufactured using the manufacturing method shown below, and its color transfer prevention effect was evaluated. In addition, there are also those in which ceresin and titanium mica are blended in excess instead of an oil-soluble polymer substance (Table 1 Prescription B), and those in which liquid paraffin is blended in place of an oil-soluble polymer substance and volatile oil agent (Table 1 Prescription). C) was used as a comparative product. Lipstick manufacturing method During the formulation, 4 parts by weight of IP Solvent 1620, 1 part by weight of Ceresin, and 1 part by weight of Red No. 202 are made into a paste using three rolls, and the whole is heated and mixed in an airtight container at 90℃ for 30 minutes. After that, pour it into the specified mold.
Cooled at 5°C for 20 minutes. Color transfer evaluation method Color transfer is evaluated by applying lipstick to human skin in an area of 1 cm 2 until the skin color is no longer visible, leaving it for 1 minute, then pressing it with a certain amount of pressure from above using tissue paper, and applying it to the human skin until the skin color is no longer visible. When it is moved sideways by the force of
The color density of the lipstick adhered to the tissue paper was visually evaluated according to the following criteria. (Evaluation criteria) The color of the lipstick paper is 0, and the density of the color of the lipstick that adheres when the lipstick according to prescription C in Table 1 is pressed from above with the tissue paper and when it is moved sideways is evaluated as 5. did. Furthermore, apply 1 cm 2 of lipstick to the skin until the skin color is no longer visible, leave it for 1 minute, then drop one drop of liquid paraffin from above using a capillary, and press it with tissue paper. The color transfer of the lipstick was evaluated based on the above criteria. The formulation of the lipstick is shown in Table 1, and the evaluation results of color transfer to tissue paper are shown in Table 2.
