することを特徴とする油性固形化粧料。 2、油溶性高分子物質が、揮発性油剤に溶解又は分散す
るものである特許請求の範囲第1項記載の油性固形化粧
料。 3、油溶性高分子物質が固形油脂と相溶しないものであ
る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の油性固形化粧料。 4、固形油脂が揮発性油剤に40℃以下で溶解しないも
のである特許請求の範囲第1項記載の油性固形化粧料。 5、折損強度が直径12mmの円筒状、25℃の条件で
40g以上である特許請求の範囲第1項記載の油性固形
化粧料。 6、油性固形化粧料全系中の配合量が揮発性油剤5〜8
0重量%、固形油脂5〜60重量%である特許請求の範
囲第1項記載の油性固形化粧料。 7、油溶性高分子物質の量が揮発性油剤に対し0.1〜
50重量%である特許請求の範囲第1項記載の油性固形
化粧料。 8、油溶性高分子物質が側鎖にC_8以上の長鎖アルキ
ル基を有するビニルモノマーの重合体又は共重合体であ
る特許請求の範囲第1項記載の油性固形化粧料。 9、側鎖にC_8以上の長鎖アルキル基を有するビニル
モノマーの重合体又は共重合体がC_8〜C_2_2の
アルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル、ビニ
ルエーテル、ビニルエステル、α−オレフィン、又はα
−オレフィンとマレイン酸あるいはフマル酸エステルの
(共)重合体である特許請求の範囲第8項記載の油性固
形化粧料。 10、油溶性高分子物質がポリイソプレン、エチレンプ
ロピレンゴム、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー及びポリ
ブタジエンから選ばれたゴム状ポリマーである特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の油性固形化粧料。

The oil-based solid cosmetic according to claim 1, which contains 0% by weight and 5 to 60% by weight of solid oil and fat. 7. The amount of oil-soluble polymer substance is 0.1 to 0.1 to the volatile oil agent.
The oil-based solid cosmetic according to claim 1, which contains 50% by weight. 8. The oil-based solid cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the oil-soluble polymer substance is a polymer or copolymer of a vinyl monomer having a long-chain alkyl group of C_8 or more in the side chain. 9. A polymer or copolymer of a vinyl monomer having a long chain alkyl group of C_8 or more in the side chain is a (meth)acrylic ester, vinyl ether, vinyl ester, α-olefin, or α having an alkyl group of C_8 to C_2_2.
- The oil-based solid cosmetic according to claim 8, which is a (co)polymer of olefin and maleic acid or fumaric acid ester. 10. The oil-based solid cosmetic according to claim 1, wherein the oil-soluble polymer substance is a rubbery polymer selected from polyisoprene, ethylene propylene rubber, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, and polybutadiene.
