Claims (1)
- モールドパツドおよびこれを被覆するシートカ
バーをシートフレームに組付けてなるシート組立
体を前記シートフレーム側から受承する台座と、
この台座の上面側の周縁に気密的かつ脱着可能に
載置されて前記組立体の外側周囲を包囲する枠体
と、同枠体の上部に張設されて同枠体の上面を形
成し同枠体を前記台座に載置したとき前記組立体
を収容する密閉状の収容室を形成するゴム等の弾
性膜と、前記枠体に設けられて負圧源に接続され
前記収容室内を負圧に形成する負圧形成用孔と、
前記弾性膜に設けられ前記シートカバーの表面全
体から加熱して同シートカバーの裏面と前記モー
ルドパツドの表面間に介在する熱可塑性接着剤を
溶融してこれらモールドパツドとシートカバーを
互に接着させる加熱手段を備えてなるシート組立
体におけるモールドパツドとシートカバーとの圧
着装置。
