Claims (1)
- カスプ磁場に閉じ込めたプラズマ中に置かれた
金属表面をキセノンイオンがスパツタすることで
負イオンを発生させるタイプのイオン源に於いて
、プラズマ発生容器の内側に電熱ヒータを添わせ
た内筒を設けたことを特徴とするカスプ型負イオ
ン源。
