Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 黒鉛管の放射係数に無関係に加熱された原子
    吸光スペクトル分析用黒鉛管の広範囲の温度測定
    を行うため、高温放射検出器の校正を自動調整す
    る回路装置を設け、前記高温放射検出器の校正を
    自動調整する回路装置は一方では前記黒鉛管の放
    射を検出してその温度を指示する第1の出力信号
    を発生し、他方では所定の制限された範囲内にお
    いて黒鉛管からの放射を検出して、前記黒鉛管の
    放射係数に依存しない第2出力信号を発生し、さ
    らに 前記第1の出力信号が入力として供給される可
    変利得増幅器を設け、また前記回路装置は前記第
    2出力信号に応動して前記可変利得増幅器の利得
    を調節する回路を有し、これにより、前記増幅器
    の出力信号は、放射係数の影響を補正された黒鉛
    管の温度を表すようにした放射温度測定装置にお
    いて、前記高温放射検出器の校正を自動的に調整
    する回路装置は、 限定された短波長範囲のみを通過させるフイル
    ターを通して、前記黒鉛管からの放射を受光する
    様に設けられた放射検出器を有し、その波長範囲
    の中心値は、前記黒鉛管によつて放射される放射
    のうちで可視光線範囲内にあるようにして成る放
    射温度測定装置。 2 前記フイルターを通して前記黒鉛管からの放
    射を検出する放射検出器がシリコンダイオードで
    ある、実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置
    。 3 放射検出器が、一個のみであつて、黒鉛管1
    0からの赤外放射と、赤外測定を校正するに要す
    る可視放射の双方を検出し得るものである実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 4 外部で発生される温度制御入力信号に従つて
    、前記黒鉛管の温度を正確に制御するために用い
    られる加熱制御回路を有し、前記制御回路は、 温度制御入力端子と、前記可変利得増幅器の出
    力側に接続された差動回路を備え前記差動回路は
    、前記制御入力信号と、前記可変利得出力信号と
    の差に比例する誤差出力信号を生じるようにし、
    さらに前記制御回路は、 前記差動回路の出力側に結合された管制御回路
    を有し、前記管制御回路の出力側は、前記黒鉛管
    に接続され、前記管制御回路は、前記誤差信号に
    従つて、前記黒鉛管に与えられる加熱電力を変化
    させるようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
    から第3項までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
