Claims (1)
- 両端に開口部を有する絶縁筒体と、この絶縁筒
体の前記開口部にそれぞれ気密に装着され、前記
絶縁筒体内で放電面が対向配設されて放電間隙を
形成する一対の電極とを有するアレスタ装置にお
いて、一端部が前記電極の一方と接続され、他端
部が前記絶縁筒体の外壁面に沿つて延在し、かつ
、前記電極の他方と絶縁して配設される第１の導
電性部材と、一端部が前記電極の他方と接続され
、他端部が低融点導電性部材および開口を有する
板状絶縁部材よりなる積層部材を介して前記第１
の導電性部材の外壁面に沿つて前記電極の一方に
向つて延在する第２の導電性部材とを有し、前記
第１および第２の各導電性部材および前記積層部
材をそれぞれ熱収縮性絶縁部材で一体に形成し、
アレスタ異常時に前記板状絶縁部材の開口を介し
て前記第１および第２の各導電性部材間にて放電
動作し、かつ、前記アレスタ放電動作が所定時間
に亘り継続するときに、その放電により発生する
熱により前記低融点導電性部材を溶融し、前記板
状絶縁部材の開口を介して前記溶融物により前記
第１および第２の各導電性部材間を導通して前記
電極間を短絡するアレスタ保護手段を具備してな
ることを特徴とするアレスタ装置。
