Claims (1)
- 電子部品が表面実装される基板で、その実装面
の裏面に補強板が接着されたフレキシブル基板に
おいて、上記フレキシブル基板および上記補強板
の両者、もしくはいずれか一方の上記電子部品装
着位置に相応する部分に、上記実装面と交差する
方向に沿つて伸びる貫通孔が形成されていること
を特徴とする、補強板付きフレキシブル基板。
