Claims (1)
- ロツドを有するピストンをシリンダチユーブ内
へ摺動自在に嵌挿して受圧面積の異なる作用室を
区割形成した加圧加工作業用の液圧シリンダと、
液圧シリンダへ供給する圧力液体を得るための圧
力源と、液圧シリンダの作動制御を行う弁手段と
を具備し、液圧シリンダには各作用室へ交互に圧
力源からの圧力液体を供給したり各作用室の液体
を低圧側へ排出したりするよう各作用室に流路を
介して方向切換弁を接続し、液圧シリンダの小面
積側作用室へ接続の流路に大面積側作用室内圧力
をパイロツト圧力として開作動する開閉弁を介設
すると共に、開閉弁と小面積側作用室間を接続す
る流路より分岐して大面積側作用室へ接続の流路
に短絡接続した接続路に、大面積側作用室内圧力
をパイロツト圧力として開作動する液圧制御弁と
小面積側作用室から液圧制御弁への液体流れを許
容して逆止め弁とを直列介装し、液圧制御弁は開
作動圧力を開閉弁の開作動圧力よりも低く設定し
て設けて成る液圧作動機。
