Claims (1)
- 外シリンダ内に内シリンダを摺動自在に収容し
、内シリンダ内にピストンを摺動自在に収容した
スポツト溶接用２段ストロークシリンダを動作さ
せる制御装置であつて、５ポート・２位置のパイ
ロツト弁型方向切換弁及び５ポート・２位置の方
向切換弁と、エアーを一定量蓄積するエアータン
クとを有し、パイロツト弁型方向切換弁及び方向
切換弁のポンプポートを空圧源に接続し、パイロ
ツト弁型方向切換弁の第１シリンダポートを外シ
リンダの前方の第１ポートに接続し、かつ第２シ
リンダポートをピストンの第３ポートに接続し、
方向切換弁の第１シリンダポートをエアータンク
に接続し、かつ第２シリンダポートを外シリンダ
の後方の第２ポートに接続し、さらに第１リター
ンポートをパイロツト弁型方向切換弁のパイロツ
ト弁排気ポートへ接続したことを特徴とするスポ
ツト溶接用２段ストロークシリンダの制御装置。
