Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基本シリンダ内に、それぞれの基端部側にピス
トンを有しそれぞれの復動側有効面積を互いに略
同一とした複数の可動シリンダを順次嵌装し、各
可動シリンダの往復側油室及び復動側油室をそれ
ぞれ相互に直接的又は間接的に連通させてなる多
段形複動油圧シリンダを有し、 前記往動側油室及び復動側油室を、それぞれ油
圧源又は油タンクへ選択的に接続する方向切換弁
に接続し、 前記復動側油室と前記方向切換弁との間に圧力
補償付流量制御弁を介在接続してなる多段形複動
油圧シリンダ装置において、 前記往動側油室と前記油タンクとの間に、パイ
ロツトチエツク弁を有する戻り流路を形成し、 前記パイロツトチエツク弁は、前記油タンクか
ら前記往動側油室へ向かう方向に自由流となるよ
うに接続されているとともに、 そのパイロツト流路は、前記復動側油室と前記
方向切換弁との間に接続されてなる ことを特徴とする多段形複動油圧シリンダ装置。
