Description
第１図は本考案の骨子を説明する構成図、第２
図は一定馬力制御が行われた場合の吐出流量と吐
出圧との関係を示すグラフ、第３図は従来例の説
明図、第４図は該従来例に於ける吐出流量とパイ
ロツト圧との関係を示すグラフである。 １は可変容量形油圧ポンプ、２は斜板、３は差
動シリンダ、４は流量制御用３方案内弁、５は一
定馬力制御用３方案内弁、１７はバイパスライン
、１８はオリフイスを示す。
図は一定馬力制御が行われた場合の吐出流量と吐
出圧との関係を示すグラフ、第３図は従来例の説
明図、第４図は該従来例に於ける吐出流量とパイ
ロツト圧との関係を示すグラフである。 １は可変容量形油圧ポンプ、２は斜板、３は差
動シリンダ、４は流量制御用３方案内弁、５は一
定馬力制御用３方案内弁、１７はバイパスライン
、１８はオリフイスを示す。
Claims (1)
- 可変容量形油圧／機械動力変換機の斜板の傾転
角を変更させる差動シリンダの小受圧室に外部の
油圧源又は前記動力変換機の吐出圧力が供給され
るサーボ圧力ラインを接続し、大受圧室は流量制
御用３方案内弁を介してサーボ圧力ラインを連通
し、該流量制御用３方案内弁にはサーボ圧力ライ
ンと接続された定馬力制御用３方案内弁を接続し
、両案内弁を結ぶライン途中と流量制御用３方案
内弁と差動シリンダとを結ぶライン途中とをバイ
パスラインで接続すると共に該バイパスラインに
はオリフイス弁を設け、前記差動シリンダの動き
を前記両案内弁にそれぞれフイードバツクさせる
と共に流量制御用３方案内弁には流量制御用のパ
イロツト圧或は電磁力などの力を、又定馬力制御
用３方案内弁には前記動力変換機の吐出圧を作用
させる様構成したことを特徴とする可変容量形油
圧／機械動力変換機の流量一定馬力制御装置。
