Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基本シリンダ内に第１ピストンを基端部側に有した第１
    可動シリンダを、第１可動シリンダ内に第２ピストンを
    基端部側に有した第２可動シリンダを、それぞれ嵌装し
    、第１可動シリンダ及び第２可動シリン、ダの各往動側
    流体室及び各復動側流体室をそれぞれ相互に連通させて
    なる多段形複動流体圧シリンダを有しており、前記往動
    ｉ流体室は圧力Ｐ１の第１流体圧源又は圧力Ｏの排出口
    に、前記復動側流体室は圧力Ｐ２の第２流体圧源又は圧
    力Ｏの排出口に、１個又は複数個の切換弁を介してそれ
    ぞれ選択的に接続可能になっており、・前記第１ピスト
    ン又は第２ピストンのそれぞれの往動側有効面積をＳＩ
    Ａ又はＳ２Ａ、復動側有効、 面積をＳＩＢ又は３２Ｂ
    とし′だときに前記圧力Ｐ１及びＰ２は、 ＳＩＢ
    ＰＩ Ｓ２Ｂ− ＜ 一＜ ＳＩＡ Ｐ２ Ｓ２Ａ なる関係を有するように設定されてなる流体圧シリンダ
    装置。
