Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 底面にバツキング層をもつ上部繊維層と、下
    部フエルト層とを内部に発熱線および温度検知部
    材を含み、かつ融点が９０〜１５０℃で、上部繊
    維層の繊維融点に比し５０℃以上、低い融点差を
    もつホツトメルト不織布を挟着してホツトメルト
    不織布の融点以上、上部繊維層の繊維融点未満の
    温度で加熱融着し複合一体化してなることを特徴
    とする電気カーペツト。 ２ 底面にバツキング層をもつ上部繊維層と、下
    部フエルト層とを内部に発熱線および温度検知部
    材と、長繊維の交叉結合からなる通常のスパンボ
    ンド不織布を挟み、かつその上下において、上部
    繊維層又は下部フエルト層との間に融点が９０〜
    １５０℃で、上部繊維層の繊維融点に比し５０℃
    以上低い融点差をもつホツトメルト不織布を夫々
    介挿してホツトメルト不織布の融点以上、上部繊
    維層の繊維融点未満の温度で加熱融着し、複合一
    体化してなることを特徴とする電気カーペツト。
