拡大して示す部分断面図である。 １…インソール、２…編地層、３…裏面フエル
ト層、４…中間フエルト層、５…接着層。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 天然または合成繊維糸がつくる編目を縦また
    は横方向に連結させて布状にした編地層と、天然
    または合成繊維および熱融着性繊維を混綿してニ
    ードルパンチングで一体化した裏面フエルト層と
    を有し、編地層には感触を良化させる処理を施し
    、かつ編地層および裏面フエルト層を接着すると
    ともに、裏面フエルト層を熱融着性繊維の融点よ
    りも高い温度で加熱することにより、構成繊維の
    接点を適度に融着して硬さを増加させることを特
    徴とするインソール。 ２ 編地層の感触を良化させるために、編地層の
    下側に比較的薄い中間フエルト層を配置し、ニー
    ドルパンチングで一体化させる登録請求の範囲第
    １項に記載のインソール。 ３ 編地層下側の中間フエルト層と、裏面フエル
    ト層との間に樹脂粉末などを付与し、適度な加熱
    によつて両フエルト層の接着と同時に熱融着性繊
    維の融着を行う登録請求の範囲第１項または第２
    項に記載のインソール。
