着繊維と通常繊維からなるパイルを、基布に織り
込んだ状態を示す模式図である。第２図は、この
昇温後のパイルの状態を示した模式図である。第
３図ＡおよびＢは、１本１本のパイル構成繊維が
相互に結合されることで、パイル全体としての反
発特性と耐へたり性が向上する機構を示すための
模式図である。 １……パイル部、２……基布、３……熱融着繊
維、４……通常繊維、５ａ，５ｂ，５ｃ，５ｄ，
５ｅ……交絡点、６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃ，６ｄ，６ｅ
……結合点。

Claims (1)
- スライバを基布に打ち込んでパイルとした有毛
布帛において、前記スライバ中に、高融点成分と
低融点成分よりなる熱融着繊維が配合され、近傍
に位置するパイル構成繊維同志が、互いに交絡す
る位置で融着して結合され、網状の構造を形成し
ていることを特徴とする有毛布帛。
