Description
本発明は柿の搾汁液を主原料とする諸種の生活
環境において用いられる脱・消臭製剤を提供する
ことに関する。
本発明は富有柿、平核無柿、蜂屋種柿、渋柿
等、特にこれらの未熟実、中に強力な脱・消臭成
分が存在するという新知見に基づき達成されたも
のである。
本発明は、消臭成分として、分画処理しない柿
果実搾汁液自体、または該搾汁液から糖分を除去
した無糖搾汁液、またはそれらの脱水濃縮物を含
有し、これに製剤用補助剤を添加してなる脱・消
臭用製剤を提供する。
本発明の消臭作用機作は未解決ではあるが、一
応有効成分中に存在するエピカテキン等、ポリフ
エノール類、縮合型タンニン、有機高分子類等の
複合作用によりアンモニヤ、トリメチルアミン、
アセトアルデヒド、硫化水素等の悪臭ガス成分を
中和、包接すること、あるいは鼻粘膜を麻痺させ
ることによるものと推定される。
本発明の消臭用原末(液)を製造するには、原
料果実を通像の圧搾機にかけて搾汁液を得て、こ
れを適度の減圧乾燥により粉末化するか、あるい
は搾汁液を酵素を用いまたは用いないで約半年間
程密閉保存した後に糖分を取り除き、減圧下に脱
水することにより得られる。
実施例 1
未熟柿10Kgを圧搾機にかけて搾汁液5Kgを得、
これを減圧下に脱水し粉状物600gを得た。
実施例 2
未熟柿1Kgを圧搾機にかけて得られる搾汁液物
500gを6ヶ月間密閉保存し、発酵により糖分を
取り除いた後に減圧下脱水し、粉状物450gを得
た。
本発明の消臭有効成分の有効性は次の実験デー
タにより実証された。
実験例 1
5容の密閉容器に下記4種の標準的悪臭ガス
と公認されているものをそれぞれとり、同時に本
発明有効成分である搾汁液末各1gを入れ、10分
後に容器中のガスを取り出し、ガスクロマトグラ
フ及び分光々度計等により残留濃度を測定し、対
照との比較により除去率を算出した。

各成分に水を加え練合した後、造粒器を用いて
常法により顆粒とする。
本発明有効成分を主原料とする製剤は、生活用
品として例えばスプレー、ゲル状物質に混合ある
いは多孔質素焼材に吸着させ、または紙その他の
繊維材に含浸させて室内消臭、冷蔵庫の脱臭、靴
の脱臭用として利用することができ、飲料水や調
味料食品の脱臭や医薬部外品として口中消臭、わ
きが用を含む制汗消臭用、更には環境改善用例え
ば屎尿処理場、塵埃処理場の脱臭や工場発生の悪
臭の除去等の種々多様な用途に利用することがで
きる。その他化粧品用原料化学品の脱臭にも利用
