    置に開度位置検出用の非接触式センサを設けたこ
    とを特徴とするバルブ用アクチユエータ。 (2) 非接触式センサを、光電センサとした請求
    項１記載のバルブ用アクチユエータ。 (3) 非接触式センサを、近接センサとした請求
    項１記載のバルブ用アクチユエータ。 (4) 位置検出板には、所定角度を有した貫通孔
    を形成した請求項１乃至３記載のバルブ用アクチ
    ユエータ。
