Description
Claims (11)
- 1.(a)(i)分子量が灼5,000以下であり、(ii)酸性官能基を有し 、生理学的pH=7.4においてpKa<6であり、且つ (iii)代謝されずに、有機的陰イオン用の尿細管の分泌路を経由して正常に 排出される 治療学的に活性な化合物と、 (b)L−トレオン酸、L−キシロン酸、L−リキソン酸、核酸の食用できる無 毒の塩類、核酸のアルドノラクトン類及び核酸のアルドノラクチド類からなる群 から選ばれた少くとも1つの化合物 とより成ることを特徴とする治療学的組成物。
- 2.分子量が約5,000以下であり、酸性官能基を有し、生理学的pH=7. 4においてpka<6であり、且つ代謝されずに有機的陰イオン用の尿細管の分 泌路を経由して正常に排出される性格の治療学的に活性な化合物と、 L−トレオン酸、L−キシロン酸、L−リキソン酸、該酸の食用できる無毒の塩 類、該酸のアルドノラクトン類及び核酸のアルドノラクチド類からなる群から選 ばれた少くとも1つの化合物と、 からなる組成物の有効服用量を患者に投与する処置を含む治療学的に活性な化合 物の効果改良方法。
- 3.分子量約5,000以下であり、酸性官能基を有し生理学的pH=7.4に おいてpKa<6であり、且つ代謝されずに有機の陰イオン用の尿細管の分泌路 を経由して正常に排出される治療学的に活性な化合物の効果を改良する治療方法 であって、(a)まずし−トレオン酸、L−キシロン酸、L−リキソン酸、該酸 の無毒で食用し得る塩類、核酸のアルドノラクトン及び該酸のアルドノラクチド よりなる群より選ばれた少くとも1つの化合物を投与して患者の中にその有効濃 度を確立し、(b)次いで前記治療学的に活性な化合物を該患者に投与すること を特徴とする治療方法。
- 4.(a)デヒドロアスコルビン酸と、L−アスコルピン酸とその食用に適する 塩類より成る群から選ばれたビタミンC活性を有する化合物の有効量と、 (b)該ビタミンC化合物の人体吸収率を増加するのに有効量のL−トレオン酸 、L−キシロン酸、L−リキソン酸のアルドノラクトン類とL−トレオン酸、L −手シロン酸、L−リキソン酸の食用可能な塩類よりなる群から選ばれる少くと も1つの化合物 とより成ることを特徴とするビタミンC組成物。
- 5.アルドノ化合物の量が該ビタミンC化合物の吸収率を増加させるために有効 な量である請求の範囲第4項記載のビタミンC組成物。
- 6.アルドノ化合物の量が該ビタミンC化合物の排泄率を減じるのに有効な量で ある請求の範囲第4項記載のビタミンC組成物。
- 7.請求の範囲第4項のビタミンC組成物の有効量を患者に経口的に投与するこ とより成ることを特徴とする人体に高ビタミンCレベルを確立する方法。
- 8.アルドノ化合物の量が該ビタミンC化合物の吸収率を増加させるに有効な量 である請求の範囲第7項記載の方法。
- 9.アルドノ化合物の量が該ビタミンC化合物の排泄率を減少させるのに有効な 量である請求の範囲第7項記載の方法。
- 10.L−トレオン酸、L−キシロン酸、L−リキソン酸、該酸の食用に供し得 る無害の塩類、該酸のアルドノラクトン類及び核酸のアルドノラクチド類よりな る群から選ばれた化合物の有効血中濃度を確立する処置から成ることを特徴とす る尿細管の分泌管を経由しての有機的陰イオンの分泌を抑制する方法。
- 11.L−トレオン酸、L−キシロン酸、L−リキソン酸、該酸の食用に供し得 る無害の塩類、該酸のアルドノラクトン類及び該酸のアルドノラクチド類よりな る群から選ばれた化合物の有効血中濃度を確立する処置から成ることを特徴とす る身体組織における有機陰イオンの吸収を改良する方法。
