をフイルタ容器の底部３に配置し、前記リング１
０の底部３からの高さを出口パイプ５の底部３か
らの高さよりも高くし、更に、前記リング１０の
下方部分には、液体は通過させるがお茶の葉は阻
止する寸法の通路１４を設けたことを特徴とする
