Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 抽出したお茶を排出するサイフオニング手段
２を有するフイルタ容器１を具え、前記サイフオ
ニング手段２は、フイルタ容器の底部３から上方
に突出する出口パイプ５と、この出口パイプを包
囲してこの出口パイプとの間に液体用通路７を生
ずるスリーブ６とを有するものとして構成し、前
記スリーブ６の上端は閉鎖し、またこのスリーブ
６の下方部分には毛細管通路９を設けたフイルタ
装置において、前記フイルタ容器に、前記スリー
ブ６を包囲してスリーブ６との間に液体用の通路
１１を生ずるリング１０を設け、このリング１０
をフイルタ容器の底部３に配置し、前記リング１
０の底部３からの高さを出口パイプ５の底部３か
らの高さよりも高くし、更に、前記リング１０の
下方部分には、液体は通過させるがお茶の葉は阻
止する寸法の通路１４を設けたことを特徴とする
フイルタ装置。 ２ 前記リング１０およびスリーブ６を一体ピー
スとして形成し、この一体ピースをフイルタ容器
１に着脱自在に配置できる構成とした請求項１記
載のフイルタ装置。
