平面図、第５図は、スチーム制御装置Ｂを説明す
るための図、第６図は、被乾燥物Ｄを吊り下げて
搬送する形式の乾燥炉Ａ２の平面図、第７図は、
第６図における−線拡大断面図、第８図は、
第７図における−線断面図である。 本考案を構成している主要部分の符号の説明は
以下の通りである。Ａ１，Ａ２……乾燥炉、Ｃ１
……コンベアー装置、Ｃ２……トロリーコンベア
ー装置、Ｄ……被乾燥物、Ｈ……ヒーター、Ｑ…
…被乾燥物の搬送方向、８……乾燥炉の天井部、
１１……伝熱管、３１……乾燥炉の側壁。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 多数本の伝熱管を備えたスチーム式遠赤外
    線ヒーターが天井部に取付けられ、コンベアー装
    置に載せられて炉内を搬送される被乾燥物に、前
    記スチーム式遠赤外線ヒーターから放射される遠
    赤外線を照射させて乾燥を行う構成のスチーム式
    遠赤外線乾燥炉において、 前記スチーム式遠赤外線ヒーターを構成してい
    る多数本の伝熱管を、被乾燥物の搬送方向と直交
    、又はほぼ直交する方向に沿つて配置してあるこ
    とを特徴とするスチーム式遠赤外線乾燥炉。 (2) 多数本の伝熱管を備えたスチーム式遠赤外
    線ヒーターが側壁に取付けられ、トロリーコンベ
    アー装置に吊り下げられて炉内を搬送される被乾
    燥物に、前記スチーム式遠赤外線ヒーターから放
    射される遠赤外線を照射させて乾燥を行う構成の
    スチーム式遠赤外線乾燥炉において、 前記スチーム式遠赤外線ヒーターを構成してい
    る多数本の伝熱管を、被乾燥物の搬送方向と直交
    、又はほぼ直交する方向に沿つて配置してあるこ
    とを特徴とするスチーム式遠赤外線乾燥炉。 (3) 乾燥炉の側壁にスチーム式遠赤外線ヒータ
    ーが複数段となつて取付けられ、下段に取付けら
    れるスチーム式遠赤外線ヒーターの伝熱管に供給
    されるスチームの総熱量を、上段のものよりも多
    くしてあることを特徴とする請求項２に記載のス
    チーム式遠赤外線乾燥炉。
