Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案はエレベーターに係り、特に２：１ロー
ピングエレベーターに好適な駆動方式を有するエ
レベーターに関する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来のロープ式エレベーターは昇降路上部に巻
上機や電動機を設置する機械室が必要であり、必
然的に建屋の全高が高くなつた。２：１ローピン
グエレベーターに関しても事情は同じである。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
上記従来技術は日照権の点について配慮がされ
ておらず、これをある程度解消する目的で実開昭
59−57459号や実開昭55−86069号に記載された方
式が提案されているが、機械室天井の高さの制
約、プーリの増加などの問題及び機械室機器に対
する地震対策も必要でありコストアツプを招いて
いた。
本考案の目的は上記の問題を解消するエレベー
ターを提供することにある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
上記目的は、両端部をそれぞれ昇降路上端部に
係止されたロープと、このロープを巻回するシー
ブを有するかご及び釣合錘と、昇降路上端に設け
られ、前記ロープのかご側シーブと釣合錘側シー
ブとの間の位置に巻回しているビームプーリを備
えた２：１ローピングエレベーターのかご枠に前
記かご側シーブを駆動するモーターを取付けたこ
とにより、達成される。
〔作 用〕
かご上にモータを取付けたことで、昇降路上部
に設ける機械室が不要となり、建屋の全高が低く
できる。それによつて、日照権問題に関しても有
利である。他に従来機械室機器に行なつていた
種々の地震対策も簡略化でき、更に、小容量のモ
ーターでエレベーターを駆動することができる。
〔実施例〕
以下、本考案の一実施例を第１図及び第２図に
より説明する。まず、構成を説明すると２はロー
プ５の両端を昇降路１の上端のビーム３に係止す
るシンブルロツド、４はビーム３に軸支されるビ
ームプーリ、６はかご８を防振ゴム９を介して支
持するかご枠、７は支持枠７ａシーブ７ｂモータ
ー７ｃを含む巻上機、１１はシーブ７ｂとビーム
プーリ４、プーリシーブ１０を介してロープ５に
て懸吊される釣合錘、１２は非常時に衝撃をやわ
らげるバツフア、１３はエレベーターの制御を行
なう制御盤１４を設置してある機械室である。
上記のように構成したエレベーターを運転する
ときは、制御盤１４と図示してないテールコード
により巻上機７に制御指令及び給電を行なう。そ
の他の運転要領は従来のエレベーターと同じであ
る。
本実施例によれば、今後のモーター小型化に対
応したコストダウン設計が可能となる効果があ
る。
〔考案の効果〕
本考案によれば、建屋の全高を低くおさえる事
ができ、地震対策上有利であるという効果があ
る。更に、小容量のモーターを使用して通常どお
りのサービスをすることができる。

第１図は本考案エレベーターの一実施例を示す
概要側面図、第２図は第１図の正面図である。 １…昇降路、４…ビームプーリ、５…ロープ、
７…巻上機、７ａ…支持枠、７ｂ…シーブ、７ｃ

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両端部をそれぞれ昇降路上端部に係止されたロ
    ープと、このロープを巻回するシーブを有するか
    ご及び釣合錘と、昇降路上端に設けられ、前記ロ
    ープのかご側シーブと釣合錘側シーブとの間の位
    置に巻回しているビームプーリを備えた２：１ロ
    ーピングエレベーターのかご枠に前記かご側シー
    ブを駆動するモータを取付けたことを特徴とする
    エレベーター。
