Cement-based panels are used to form waist walls at the ends of concrete slabs.

Since the mineral fiber layer is in close contact with the curtain wall, there is a problem in that dew condensation that occurs on the curtain wall due to temperature differences penetrates into the mineral fiber layer and reduces the heat insulation properties. With only a mineral fiber layer, it is difficult to exhibit sufficient sound insulation and the fire resistance is poor.

優れた遮音効果を奏するものである。(Effect of the invention) According to the outer wall structure of the building of the invention, the waist wall 1 erected at the end of the concrete slab 3 has silicic acid on the front and back surfaces of the core board 2a made of mineral fiberboard. Since it is made by integrally layering the calcium plates 2b, 2b, it is lighter than conventional cement-based panels and can be easily cut to desired dimensions.
The work efficiency is improved due to improved handling and workability. In addition, the mineral fiber board arranged as the core material 2a provides high heat insulation properties, and the calcium silicate board layered on the front and back surfaces 2b, 2b can exhibit effective heat insulation properties, and furthermore, as mentioned above, the waist wall 1 is made of a composite material of mineral fiberboard and calcium silicate board, which are different in nature and have different specific gravity. Because of this, the sound that passes through the interior is absorbed at different frequencies by each material part, resulting in an excellent sound insulation effect.
