[Prior Art] Conventionally, in a shield used for walls, floors, and partition walls of buildings, in order to increase the mass of the shield and improve the sound insulation effect, the wall thickness and the floor thickness are increased, This has been dealt with by adjusting the material to reduce the rigidity and increasing the transmission loss of solid propagating sound generated in the shield due to impact or the like.
In addition, an air layer is provided inside the shield to form a double structure to improve the sound insulation effect of the shield.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the above-mentioned conventional technique, in order to increase the mass of a shield used for a wall or floor of a building to improve the sound insulation effect, the wall thickness or floor thickness is increased. However, there is a problem in that the weight of the building is increased and the construction cost is increased. In addition, an air layer is provided inside the shield to form a double structure, or a cushioning material is provided between the shield and the finished surface,
In order to make the shield less susceptible to damage by hitting, etc., this construction method requires separate construction such as first-stage construction and second-stage construction, and in some cases direct finishing cannot be performed.

Furthermore, in order to give the shield a durability function, the shield itself can be constructed on-site using fire-resistant gypsum board, or the shield can be made up of multiple laminated structures with an air layer between them. Although it is provided or a fireproof wallpaper is attached to the surface of the shield, there is a problem that construction requires a lot of trouble.

[Operation] Using the above fireproof and sound insulation panel member, the wall, floor of the building,
In order to impart a sound insulation function to the partition wall and the partition wall, the fireproof sound insulation panel member is arranged and attached in the construction of the wall, floor and partition wall of the building. This fireproof sound insulation panel member has a hollow portion and a bridge portion inside the panel-shaped fireproof member, and since the vibration damping steel plate is narrowly attached to the bridge portion, it is possible to block the transmission of solid propagating sound, It has a function of suppressing the vibration generated in the panel member by hitting, and absorbing and damping the hitting sound. The panel member is made of a material such as lightweight mortar or lightweight concrete with fire resistance, and fully exerts the damping function of the damping steel plate,
It becomes a fireproof panel member with good sound insulation. Further, the air in the hollow portion has a heat insulating effect, and therefore has excellent fire resistance.

The fireproof and soundproof panel member 1 used for walls, floors, and partition walls of buildings has a bridge portion 3 provided at appropriate intervals inside a panel member 2 made of lightweight mortar, lightweight concrete, or a fireproof material. Hollow portions 4 are formed between the bridge portions 3. The bridge portions 3 may have a quadrangular cross section and may be provided in a plurality in parallel as shown in FIG. 2, or may be provided in a plane lattice shape as shown in FIG. A damping steel plate 5 is sandwiched in parallel with the plane of the panel member 2 at the center of the bridge member 3 in the thickness direction of each bridge portion 3, and the damping steel plate 5 has a viscoelastic adhesive or the like on its surface. Is applied to form a single piece at the center of the bridge portion 3. The damping steel plate 5 is sandwiched only in the bridge portion 3 and is not provided in the hollow portion 4. Further, the vibration-damping steel plate 5 is a product in which a viscoelastic sheet is sandwiched between two thin iron plates and has vibration damping properties and damping properties, and therefore has excellent sound insulation properties.

The fireproof and soundproof panel member 1 is made by sandwiching the vibration damping steel plate 5 on the bridge portion 3 and integrally striking the lightweight mortar or concrete, and the concrete portion is provided with necessary reinforcement. However, the panel member is not limited to the forming method, and a plurality of protrusions having a rectangular cross section are provided on one surface of the precast plate in parallel with the surface, and the precast plates formed in the same shape facing each other are overlapped and integrated. Alternatively, a damping steel plate may be sandwiched between the protrusions of both members. A sound insulating filler may be inserted in the hollow portions 4 between the bridge portions 3 to enhance the sound insulating effect.

[Effects of the Invention] In the fireproof soundproof panel member of the present invention, the bridge part provided so that hollow parts are formed at appropriate intervals inside thereof reduces the transmission area of solid propagation sound generated in the panel member by hitting or the like. It has the effect of concentrating the solid propagating sound.By narrowing the damping steel plate to the bridge part, the function of suppressing the vibration of the damping steel plate and absorbing and damping the solid propagating sound effectively acts. It has a high sound insulation effect. Further, since the panel member of the fireproof and soundproof panel member is formed to have a hollow portion with light mortar or lightweight concrete, the weight of the panel member can be reduced, and the rigidity of the panel member itself can be adjusted by adjusting the material. It is also possible to make the fireproof and soundproof panel member thinner by increasing the rigidity of the panel member or by inserting reinforcing reinforcing bars or the like formed in a planar lattice inside the panel member to increase the rigidity.

Also, since the panel member is manufactured in a room size that can be carried around, it can be easily installed on site, and when the panel member is used to form walls, floors, and partition walls, the panel members can be joined together. Part (joint) can be reduced,
