(Means for Solving the Problems) The outer peripheral wall structure of the building according to the present invention has an inner base plate and an outer base plate attached to each of the inner and outer sides of the frame made of wooden frame materials, An inorganic heat insulating material is loaded between the inner base plate and the outer base plate to form a heat insulating layer, and an inner wall panel such as gypsum board is attached to the inner surface of the inner base plate via a moisture-proof sheet material. An outer wall panel is attached to the outer surface of the outer base plate through a sheet-like material that is moisture permeable but not water permeable, and the outer wall panel is made of an inorganic material at least at both end portions of the back side of the panel body formed of an inorganic material. The side edge materials made of material are fixed to each other, and the outer wall panel is attached by fixing the side edges of the panel body to which the side edge materials are fixed to the outer base board or frame material with screws or nails. A ventilation layer is formed between the back surface of the panel main body of the exterior wall panel and the sheet-like material that is moisture permeable but not water permeable.

The outer wall panel 10 has side edge members 12, 12 also made of an inorganic material fixed to at least both ends of the back surface of a panel main body 11 made of an inorganic material. Therefore, a space 13 is formed between the side edge members 12, 12 on the back surface of the panel body 11. The panel body 11 and the side edge materials 12, 12 are made of inorganic fibers such as asbestos, glass fiber, or similar nonflammable inorganic materials.
It is formed into a flat plate of concrete made of seeds or a mixture of two or more types. This concrete may be foamed, and the forming means may be either extrusion molding or molding.
It is preferable that an intermediate reinforcing member 14 substantially parallel to both side edge members 12, 12 is fixed to the middle of the back surface of the panel body 11. The middle reinforcing material 14 serves as a reinforcing material for the panel main body 11, and is made of the same material as the side edge members 12, 12, and formed by the same molding method. Panel body 11
The number of intermediate reinforcing bars 14 fixed to the back surface of is not limited.

The exterior wall panel 10 is attached using screws or nails 16.
It is preferable that both side ends of the panel main body 11 to which the side edge members 12, 12 are fixed are fixed to the frame member 2 by passing through the outer base plate 4. The middle part of the panel body 11 to which the middle reinforcing member 14 is fixed is also fixed to the frame member 2 through the outer base plate 4 with screws or nails 16.

When the outer wall panel 10 is adhered to the outer surface of the outer base plate 4 via the sheet-like material 9 in this way, the space 13 existing on the back side of the panel body 11 is partitioned by the sheet-like material 9 into a ventilation layer 17. It is done. The ventilation layer 17 is provided so as to pass through the outer peripheral wall in the vertical direction.

(Effects of the invention) Since the outer wall panel, heat insulating material, and inner wall panel are made of inorganic materials, the outer wall is noncombustible. Since the ventilation layer is formed on the back side of the outer wall panel, a ventilation effect can be obtained and water and moisture can be prevented from accumulating inside the outer wall. In particular, a moisture-permeable but not water-permeable sheet material is attached to the outer surface of the framework facing the ventilation layer, and a moisture-proof sheet material is attached to the inner surface. Moisture does not accumulate inside the structure, providing a long-lasting insulation effect, and improving the durability of the frame materials and inner and outer base plates that make up the framework.
