Conventional structure and problems thereof A conventional collision-type smoke evacuation device of this type is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Air sucked in from the intake port 2 via the fan 1 is bent in direction by the baffle plate 3 and flows. Then, the oil and fat in the air collides with the inner wall surface of the smoke exhaust device main body 4 and the buttful plate 3 due to inertial force.
The oils and fats that adhered and were removed and remained in the smoke evacuation device main body 4 were cleaned by spraying a cleaning liquid containing detergent from the cleaning nozzle 5. At this time, the largest amount of oil and fat adheres to the intake port side of the buff-full plate 3' provided at the intake port 2. However, in order to clean this part, a new cleaning nozzle is required near the intake port, and it is necessary to increase the capacity of the pump 6. However, since there is a cleaning tank 7, it is difficult to attach the cleaning nozzle, and a lid is required to prevent the cleaning liquid from hitting the baffle plate and scattering outside, resulting in a complicated configuration.

Structure of the Invention The smoke evacuation device of the present invention is provided by providing a guide means on the buttful plate near the inlet of the main body of the smoke evacuation device to communicate the fan side and the inlet side and guide the cleaning liquid from the fan side to the inlet side. This makes it possible to clean the intake port side of the baffle plate near the intake port, where the most oil and fat adheres. This eliminates the need for a cleaning nozzle near the intake port and simplifies the configuration.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on the accompanying drawings. In FIGS. 3 and 4, 8 is a smoke evacuation device body installed at a certain distance from the range (not shown), and above it is a fan 9 that sucks air through an intake port 10. It passes through the inside of the smoke evacuation device main body 8 and is exhausted from the exhaust port 11. There are a plurality of baffle plates 12 inside the smoke evacuation device main body 8, and a guide means is provided on the buffle plate 12' near the intake port to communicate the fan side and the intake port side and guide the cleaning liquid from the fan side to the intake port side. ing. In FIG. 4, this guide means is attached to a dogleg-shaped fitting 13 provided at the intake port 10 with a gap 14 provided therein. The details are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6. In the example shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the full board 1
An upwardly bent part 15 is formed in the middle of 2', and a water passage port 16 is provided near this bent part 15. In FIGS. 9 and 10, a gutter portion 17 is formed in the middle of the baffle plate 12', and a water passage port 18 is provided in the gutter portion 17. In FIGS. 3 and 4, reference numeral 19 is a cleaning nozzle provided on the side near the fan 9 for cleaning the inner wall that sprays cleaning liquid in a conical shape, and 20 and 21 are pipes provided in parallel with the baffle plates 12 and 12'. This is a cleaning nozzle for cleaning a baffle plate in which a plurality of small holes are bored so that the cleaning liquid hits the intake port 10 side of the buffle plate substantially perpendicularly. 22 is the intake port 10
This is a cleaning pump that sucks up cleaning liquid from a cleaning tank 23 provided below and supplies it to the cleaning nozzles 19 to 21.

The operation in the above configuration will be explained. First, the case of exhausting smoke will be explained. When the fan 9 is rotated when starting cooking in the microwave, air containing oil and fat is sucked in through the intake port 10, and the air containing the oil and fat is sucked into the plurality of buttful plates 1.
While ascending while being bent at 2,12',
The oil and fat components collide and adhere to the inner wall of the smoke exhaust device main body 8 and the intake ports of the baffle plates 12, 12' due to inertial force.
At this time, a particularly large amount of oil and fat adheres to the baffle plate 12' near the intake port 10 and the inner wall of the smoke evacuation device main body. The air from which most of the oil and fat content has been removed is discharged from the fan 9 to the outside.

Next, the case of cleaning the inner wall and the exhaust plate 12 of the smoke evacuation device will be explained. When the fan 9 is stopped and the cleaning pump 22 is rotated, the cleaning liquid sucked up from the cleaning tank 23 is transferred to the cleaning nozzle 1 for cleaning the inner wall.
9 and cleaning nozzles 20, 21 for cleaning the full board
It is sprayed from the inside to clean the inner walls and baffle plates. The cleaning liquid that has cleaned the inner wall and the baffle plate flows along the inner wall surface, and in the case of FIGS. It passes through the gap 14, cleans the intake port side of the buff-full plate 12', and returns to the cleaning tank 23. In the case of FIGS. 7 and 8, the cleaning liquid flowing on the fan side of the buttful plate 12' near the intake port is transferred to the fan due to inertia because of the bent portion 15 and the water inlet 16 provided in the bent portion. The flow changes from the side to the intake port side, cleans the intake port side, and returns to the cleaning tank 23. In the case of FIGS. 9 and 10, the cleaning liquid that has flowed down the inner wall is once received by the gutter 17, and then flows from the water inlet 18 to the intake port side of the buff-full plate 12', and is cleaned and transferred to the cleaning tank 2.
Return to 3. The cleaning liquid thus returned to the cleaning tank 23 is sucked up again by the cleaning pump 22 and supplied to the cleaning nozzles 19 to 21. After cleaning for a certain period of time, the cleaning pump 22 stops and the cleaning is completed.
