Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a serviceable and compact smoke venting device by providing a cleaning tank with a lid which has a funneled part and disposing a float in the mouth of the funneled part to open or close the same so as to reduce the vapor loss of the cleaning liquid contained in the cleaned in the cleaning tank. CONSTITUTION:When a smoke venting fan 6 is rotated while cooking in a heating section, the air containing oily soot generated during the cooking is drawn from an air inlet 7 and rises as it is guided by a buffle plate 9 in the smoke venting device body 5.
