The oil fume purifying device according to claim 1, further comprising a venturi (3), wherein the venturi (3) is suspended in the inner cylinder (2), a top opening of the venturi (3) is communicated with the inlet of the inner cylinder, a bottom opening of the venturi (3) is arranged towards the sedimentation tank (22), and an inner cavity of the venturi (3) is the spraying cavity.

The fume purification device according to claim 2, wherein said venturi tube (3) comprises a neck-receiving section, a uniform section and a diffusion section which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, the inner diameter of said neck-receiving section gradually decreases along the direction from top to bottom, the inner diameter of said uniform section is unchanged, and the inner diameter of said diffusion section gradually increases.

The oil fume purification device according to claim 1, wherein the spray assembly comprises an atomizing nozzle (41) and a liquid supply assembly, the atomizing nozzle (41) is arranged at the inner top of the outer cylinder (1), and the liquid supply assembly is communicated with the atomizing nozzle (41) and is used for supplying atomized liquid to the atomizing nozzle (41).
5. The oil soot cleaning device of claim 4, wherein said liquid supply assembly comprises:
a water inlet pipe (421) one end of which is communicated with the atomizing nozzle (41);
one end of the water pumping pipe (422) is communicated with the bottom of the sedimentation tank (22);
and the circulating water pump (423) is communicated between the other end of the water inlet pipe (421) and the other end of the water suction pipe (422) and is used for pumping atomized liquid from the bottom of the sedimentation tank (22) into the atomizing nozzle (41).

The oil fume purification device according to claim 5, further comprising an overflow pipe (5) and an oil drain pipe (7), wherein one end of the overflow pipe (5) is communicated with the top of the sedimentation tank (22), and the other end is communicated with an oil box (102) of the range hood (10) through the oil drain pipe (7).

The oil fume purification device according to claim 6, further comprising a three-way reversing valve (6), wherein the water inlet pipe (421) comprises a first water inlet section and a second water inlet section, two end interfaces of the three-way reversing valve (6) are respectively communicated with one end of the first water inlet section and one end of the second water inlet section, the other end interface of the three-way reversing valve (6) is communicated with the oil drain pipe (7), the other end of the first water inlet section and the other end of the second water inlet section are respectively communicated with the atomizing nozzle (41) and the circulating water pump (423), and the three-way reversing valve (6) can be adjusted to enable the first water inlet section and the second water inlet section to be communicated with each other or to enable the oil drain pipe (7) and the second water inlet section to be communicated with each other.

The oil fume purifying device according to claim 5, wherein the top of the outer cylinder (1) is provided with a liquid injection port, the liquid injection port is used for injecting atomized liquid into the sedimentation tank (22), and the liquid injection port is covered with a liquid injection cover (8).
9. A fume purification device according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein said outer cylinder (1) is of cylindrical or square cylindrical configuration.
10. A range hood device comprising a range hood (10), and further comprising a range hood purification device according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the outer cylinder (1) is mounted to the range hood (10), and the purification air inlet (11) is communicated with a fan air outlet (101) of the range hood (10).
